Abstract
Los medios de comunicación son de alguna manera instrumentos de revaloración y de integración de las formas culturales propias u originales de la nación, pero no han acertado todavía a desempeñar en la forma deseable la tarea pedagógica que la hora demanda y no han contribuído, por lo tanto, a garantizar una educación democrática.
