Abstract
Cuando Augusto Tamayo Vargas, Director de la Academia Peruana de la Lengua, me invitó amablemente a dar una charla, acepté gustoso como colega obediente. Con todo, al llegar yo a la hermosa y hospitalaria "Ciudad de los Reyes" ni por las mientes me habia pasado que don Augusto me hiciese tal honor.
