Abstract
La Academia Peruana de la Lengua se encuentra reunida en esta oportunidad para rendir homenaje a quien fuera gran escritor peruano, Ventura García Calderón, en el centenario de su nacimiento y ha encomendado a uno de sus mas prestigiosos miembros para que haga uso de la palabra en este acto académico: el doctor Luis Alberto Sánchez.
