The place of "Trampolín-Hangar-Rascacielos-Timonel" in the network of Peruvian cultural journals
Abstract
Unlike other Peruvian avant-garde journals—such as Flechas (1924), Boletín Titikaka (1926-1930), and Amauta (1926-1930)— the journal Trampolín-Hangar-Rascacielos-Timonel (1926-1927), edited by Magda Portal and Serafín Delmar, has been the subject of very few specialized studies. To address this critical gap, the aim of this article has been to elucidate the place of Trampolín-Hangar-Rascacielos-Timonel in the field of Peruvian journals. To this end, using a comparative approach, I first examined the nature of its manifestos and objectives; secondly, I analyzed its position in relation to other avant-garde journals; and finally, I studied the place of literature written by women in the journal.
